Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations: All sales are final. Orders canceled at least 5 days before the fulfillment date may be eligible for store credit, issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Smallcakes Alpharetta. If an event is canceled, postponed, or downsized, Smallcakes does not offer refunds or cash back. Requests for changes or postponements must be submitted no later than 5 days before the fulfillment date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any changes is at the sole discretion of Smallcakes Alpharetta. Orders not modified or canceled within the required 5-day notice period will be fulfilled as scheduled, and customers will be responsible for pickup on the original fulfillment date.
Refunds: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Allergy Notice: While we offer a variety of allergy-free products and do our BEST to be careful, we CANNOT prevent cross-contamination and will not be held liable for any allergic reactions. Smallcakes is a facility that prepares foods that may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soybeans, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Arrival Time: Smallcakes will have all item(s) for pick up ready at the agreed time of arrival on the order form/contract. NO early pick-ups unless otherwise approved by Smallcakes prior to pick-up.
Picking up your order: Customers are obligated to pick up their items on the specified date on their order. If customer fails to pick-up items on the specified date and/or before we close, we will not be able to refund or remake the order, no exceptions.
Shipping: We do not currently offer shipping at this time.
